Where did Migros get the idea to abolish the popular and practical Value Packs for M-Budget-Prepaid? Instead, there are only 500 MB to book online for CHF 5 (which is considerably more expensive) and - even worse and more pointless - automatically renewing packages for a prepaid offer! If I wanted to be automatically charged for a mobile number every month, I would choose a subscription. As I was told today by sales staff in a Melectronics store, the Value Packs have sold very well! I personally like to do everything online, but the Value Packs were also very popular with customers who don't like to manage their prepaid online and by credit card. To make matters worse, the new "prepaid subscriptions" are very expensive, especially for data traffic. A very comprehensive worsening of the offer. A great pity and very annoying!

Prepaid Easy offers packages on a subscription basis, where the most important thing these days, namely data usage, is very expensive. It is pointless to write to M-Budget-Mobile. They will hardly change the offer again just because a few people write to them. I want to publicly denounce this deterioration here and hope that there are many users who will also express their displeasure here. Only then will the decision perhaps be reconsidered.

Hi Traberli, The old, already purchased ones remain valid (as long as there is still something on them)."Our Value Packs are no longer offered. Those already purchased are still valid." (see link above). Of course, they didn't announce it so that people wouldn't stockpile the old ones. I assume the 3 francs is not a basic fee, but the normal price. But when the time is up, you have to buy a new one and the remaining credit expires.

I happened to see the Value Packs at the Migros customer service desk at Bern station today and was able to buy one. The saleswoman was not informed that they were no longer for sale, so if you like Value Packs, keep your eyes open, some stores may still have them (at the customer service or the checkout for flowers).

With the new Prepaid Easy, we want to save customers the regular trip to the point of sale. This meets the need for greater convenience. The credit is automatically renewed without the need to conclude a binding contract, while the Value Packs are more complicated to top up. For customers who need more data volume, we offer the National Data option at a low price of €5. This allows you to surf with 500 MB in Switzerland for 30 days. This is sufficient for most people.
