We tried the "V-Love Plant-Based Minced Meat" this week and found it to be good. But now I'm wondering where the ingredients in this product come from/are grown. "Made in Switzerland" is not meaningful enough for me!
I also eat meat from time to time, but I think it's good to reduce meat consumption (my own health, the environment, ...) But with everything I eat instead of meat, I also think it's important to know what it is, how and where it's produced and how it's transported to us! These factors are also relevant to our health and the environment. Who knows more?
