Dear Migros Today, 19.09.2020: I would like to ask you once again to leave out the dextrose from the original spelt pumpkin bread. The bread simply tastes sweet, too sweet. Please take it out, it is unnecessary and distorts the taste. It is also a bread and not a brioche. The bread is so great in its composition, if it weren't for the sweetness. We don't want cake bread, we want bread. Please do the same with the original spelt farmer's bread. Thank you again! Unfortunately the bread is not listed here, so I have to write it here. I was so pleased with this pure spelt bread. It really deserves 5 stars, but when I read the ingredients and tried it, I was bitterly disappointed again: it tastes so sweet, far too sweet! And it has glucose in it. What is that supposed to do? It's neither a cake nor a brioche, but a bread. Please take this sugar/glucose out. It's 1. completely unnecessary and 2. it's a sweet bread. And nobody really wants that. Same with the original spelt farmer's bread. This bread is also great in terms of its composition, but it is also far too sweet. Sugar has no place in bread. I want bread, not cake, so I'm asking you to change this and take the sugar out. Why won't you do that? When I see the great organic bakeries in Germany, they make such great breads, many of them pure spelt breads with sourdough. Why can't you do that? I would love to buy the pure spelt breads, but the sweetness stops me. That's not bread for me.............
