Hello leftyyy, thank you for your inquiry. It is a regional bread. We are happy to offer you the TerraSuisse Urkornbrot (item no. 1114.574.005.00) from the Genossenschaft Ostschweiz. This is a dark bread with original spelt, emmer, einkorn and oilseeds. Kind regards, Richi
