As you may know, cooperative members who vote online also receive a free chocolate bar. Once the coupon is activated in the app, you can claim your free chocolate bar at customer service by presenting your Cumulus card.

It’s a hassle when Migros staff aren’t aware of this and ask for a paper ballot for the voting box.

Thanks to my persistence, the staff then tested the system. They scanned the Cumulus card and the chocolate, and lo and behold, it worked.
