We have just returned from our vacation in France and were delighted with the range of unpackaged food on offer in the large supermarket, which you can fill yourself (similar to the unpackaged stores). Thank you very much for your contribution on Migipedia. We are always pleased to receive new suggestions from our customers and to learn which topics inspire and concern you.
Migros is also concerned with the topic of "unpackaged". A few months ago, a pilot project on the topic was initiated and carried out at the Migros Cooperative Geneva.
We are currently evaluating the impact of open sales on quality, customer acceptance and store handling, so unfortunately I can't give you any more details, except to say that we are working on the topic.
