On the one hand, I would be interested to know in which packaging the food is delivered for self-filling? For example, are the lentils for the filling station delivered in plastic and is the waste produced without me being able to do anything about it?

You seem to be quite hooked on the subject of unpackaged products. It would have been enough to open a topic with all the questions bundled in it, so it's more likely to get lost. And of course the raw products are delivered with waste that is produced, let alone everything that is produced during shipping. It's not conjured up. But Migros will somehow muddle along and say it's recycled.
It's still possible with 2 threads... Somewhere further back there are 5 or more threads in a row about Passaia, there are also x threads about the Hohlnüdeli... I find it really tedious, instead of opening a thread with all the questions, x new threads are posted on the same topic/the same topic category. It's really not that difficult to make a thread, especially since you can edit your own threads and answers if you forget something or if something comes to mind afterwards... But there seem to be people who are so upset about something that there have to be x threads, as if Migros would react faster or something...
Oops! Are there only 2? oke could have sworn I just read 5 but it's possible that something jumped around, it's difficult on the phone oke then thank you for correcting, and sorry 1-andra-1 XD But yes, x times the same, of course at passaia it was the wptende meute rüberwappend from Blick XD but sometimes you think you could search briefly before XD but thank you again :3
I've only read 2, it's quite possible that there are more; I always delete them after 2 "identical" threads and then don't read the rest (I haven't read the Passaia and Hohlnüdeli threads either, because there were already one or more threads about them earlier)... Or maybe there were more and I only saw 2, and the others were then deleted, I don't know... Yes, using the search function just before posting a thread is difficult ;-) I suspect that people post x number of identical threads because they believe/hope that Migros will then return these products (the more threads, the more likely it is that Migros will be persuaded to return the products).
Hello 1-andrea-1, thank you for the message. The products are delivered in large packs, which are transported in returnable containers. We try to keep the packaging material as low as possible. We cannot do without packaging completely in order to ensure the quality of the products. Best regards, Noemi
