Underground customer service for repairs

I have been trying to reach M-Service for 2 weeks at various times (morning, noon, afternoon and evening) to clarify a warranty repair on a TV. I've spent a whole 140 minutes on hold with M-Service for 4 calls, which I think is absolutely cheeky. Funnily enough, an employee of M-ELECTRONIC told me that this is a known problem and that M-Service has been very difficult to reach for a long time. If this is true, the manager responsible for M-Service should be released immediately and more people hired as quickly as possible. I will try to discuss this with the branch manager in Langendorf to see what steps can be taken. Kindly Christoph
