Dear Migros team
I was a loyal and satisfied customer for years. Until January 11, 2017 at 5:50 p.m. I bought a chicken in a Migros store. If something has been expired for 2 days, it's bad, but maybe someone had a bad day. However, I wonder what must have gone wrong if I buy a chicken that has been expired for 2 months. It's an outrage, almost an impossibility. I am appalled and shocked. What do we have the Food Act for?

Thank you for your message. That doesn't sound good! I am very sorry for your experience and I will look into the matter immediately. Can you briefly tell me where you bought the chicken and which product it was? Do you even have a photo of the chicken (that would make it much easier to investigate)?
And: In your message, you mention twodays and two months after the expiration date? Can you briefly confirm how long the chicken has been expired? This will help us to find out how something like this could have happened.
