Good. It can happen once, but two or three times? My family collects the points for a friend in need and with a weekly shopping trip for four people, it adds up to a large amount at the end of Momat. Not only has this happened several times now, but also when I ask if I could book the points retroactively, I receive poor service and very unsatisfactory treatment.
