If you Migros already send out a newsletter at 06.00 a.m. and display the message in the app with the new promotions, THEN PLEASE RECORD ALL PROMOTIONS! Has this really been impossible for over 10 years? It is and bleaches every week simply incomprehensible.......
What's more, they don't consider it necessary to apologize and provide an explanation. Now products have been missing from the range for weeks due to problems with an IT changeover. If you can't manage to send out a simple piece of information correctly every week, oh dear, no wonder a software changeover upsets the supply chain. I suggest introducing a four-eyes principle and having a second person check the content for completeness before sending out the promotional emails, at least until the problem can perhaps be solved with the help of AI.

Yes, now they are visible. But that's no longer an excuse. It almost never works and has done for years!!!! So no reliability for years and we just have to be annoyed week after week because the IT/Migros people are not capable..........for years!
