A first step towards a transition to less plastic waste

Un premier pas vers une transition pour moins de déchets plastiques

Hi, I was just wondering, as not all Migros have a "by the slice" fresh produce section where you can take your own container, if it wouldn't be possible to use compostable plastics for all fresh produce? Since these products (meats, yogurts, fresh fruit and vegetables, and so on) can only be stored in a cool place for a short time, it would seem feasible, wouldn't it? Migros, I'll let you work on this, let us know what you think, and if need be, try to find compostable plastics based on agricultural waste (GMO-free, please!) to further minimize the impact of this packaging ; ) Kind regards,
