Hello Migros. I have owned a Twin coffee machine for about 10 months. I bought it at the time because it made it possible to prepare a latte macchiato without much effort. To do this, I brought the Twin milk capsule and a normal espresso per macchiato. However, I am quite annoyed to discover today in Migros that the capsules are no longer available separately, but are 1. more expensive than before and are only available with large capsules, 8 in a pack. I also find it annoying that the capsule container now has to be filled twice for each macchiato instead of once as before. I am very disappointed with the Twin product and would certainly not have bought one under these circumstances. MIGROS BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE? Unfortunately, these are not customer-oriented changes. At best, customers will be annoyed. I can't imagine that this is a change that customers want.
