I bought a tube of Alnatura "Tomaten Mark" tomato paste which is excellent (much less sweet than the competition) but there's a snag: when used, its metal tube cracks in several places and lets the tomato paste through long before the tube is finished. This means that the product doesn't keep well and messes up the fridge.

This has happened to me with my last two tubes, despite my best efforts, and hardly ever happens with a tube of mayonnaise or a tube of mustard.
