Hello everyone
I have not been able to register for the Tryvertisings for several weeks or I always get the error message "Page cannot be displayed". Does anyone know the problem?

Hello Rosindli
That definitely shouldn't be the case. Thank you for your feedback. Can you give me a more detailed description of when the error message occurs?
I.e. does it appear when you click on the banner for tryvertising on the start page or only later when you click on "Participate now"?
Does the test page load at all or is there already something wrong?
Thank you in advance for your help in finding the problem.
Best regards
Tanja
Hello Tanja
Thank you for your feedback. The test page loads without any problems, but as soon as I click on "Participate", nothing happens for a long time and then the error message appears that the page cannot be found. So far all my "tricks" haven't helped, the message comes up every time.
Thank you for your research.
Best regards, Andrea
Good morning@Rosindli,
What kind of browser are you using? Maybe the page was blocked by your browser's security filter?
Please send a screenshot so that we can see whether it is a message from the browser or a program from Migipedia!

Thank you Andrea for the clarification. I have passed this on to our technical department and hope that they will get to the bottom of the problem.
If you have taken a screenshot of the error message, this would certainly not be bad and could possibly also help to find the problem more quickly.
Best regards
Tanja
Hi Frederica
I work with Mac/Safari. But I also have the problem on a normal PC with a different browser.
Check it out, maybe it really is that.
Greetings, Andrea
As of today, the message reads: Safari could not open the page because there are too many redirects. Does this help?
@Rosindli
This problem can also occur when redirect information is cached after it is no longer needed. In some cases, clearing associated cookies and the cache in Safari can resolve issues with repeated redirects:
1. in Safari, select "Safari" > "Preferences".
2. click on the "Privacy" icon to display the privacy settings
3. click on the "Details..." button that appears under the "Remove all website data" button
4. search for the name of the website you want to access
5. click on "Remove".
6. close the Safari settings window.
If the problem persists, repeat the steps without searching for a specific website. Click on the "Remove all website data" button to remove all cookies and cache files. ?
I always performed the bolded the bolded! ?
Good luck
Frederica
