TrekStor SurfTab® twin 10.1 und TrekStor SurfTab® twin 11.6

Yesterday I had to return the third device from TrekStor.
The first one, a TrekStor SurfTab® twin 10.1, could no longer be switched on after exactly 2 years. It was taken back by melectronic without any problems. On the recommendation of the seller, I opted for the SurfTab® twin 11.6. After just under two weeks, I noticed that the fingerpad wasn't working properly. When driving, the arrow faltered or lagged behind. Then I noticed that the pad was worn out. From this I had to conclude that it was probably a return, that it had been repackaged and returned to the dealer. The seller shared this opinion. However, the reason for the return was that this device could no longer be switched on either. Again, I was persuaded to buy a SurfTab® twin 11.6. That was just under a week ago and a problem occurred again. When trying to log in from the login screen, it repeatedly "lost" both the mouse and the fingerpad. Operation was only possible via the tablet function. I also noticed another annoyance. There is no full version of Windows 10 installed on this SurfTab® twin 11.6. An upgrade to a previous version was installed. This is clearly visible because there was a folder called "Windows.old". As a result, I was missing almost 12GB of storage space. This borders on label fraud. If it says Windows 10 on it, it should also contain Windows 10. And a full version, not an upgrade that wastes almost 12GB. Despite all these problems and annoyances, I was able to return all the devices without any complications. When I returned the last one, the employee confirmed these problems. She herself had exactly the same problems with her own two devices.
Migros should perhaps consider taking this TrekStor out of their range, but despite their excellent service, it is still annoying to have to keep going back and returning or exchanging them.
