Grüetzi, It always annoys me that I can go through the whole shopping process pretty much 'touchless', but then have to use the handscan device again and again when scanning the Cumulus code (from my Migros Cumulus app) because the normal scanner in the self-checkout apparently doesn't recognize this code (too small?). At Coop it works via the standard scanner (the smartphone just has to be held very close), but at Migros it doesn't work at all... annoying! and also often decides my choice to go to Coop instead of Migros. best regards
