I used Total Color Tabs for many years. Suddenly they were no longer available! Now I have switched to the caps. However, I am not completely satisfied with them, as they once stained my laundry and once the caps were not completely dissolved and were still on the laundry

Welcome to Migipedia and thank you for your message. I'm very sorry to hear that you're not as happy with the new Total Caps as you were with the tabs. I have also just started using them recently and will have to take a closer look next time I wash - so far I haven't noticed any residue.

I have just received some more news (also for me as a user of the product, by the way):
Apparently, according to the note on the back of the packaging, the caps must be placed in the drum BEFORE washing so that the water-soluble film can dissolve. If it is placed in the drum together with the laundry, the film may stick to the fabric - if this happens, simply select a second wash cycle and it will be rinsed away.
Regarding the stains you mentioned, it is best to contact our M-Infoline on 0848 84 0848 so that the case can be recorded and we can investigate the cause.

I recently tried the liquid M-Budget detergent. It cleans really well and leaves no residue. It just doesn't have a great scent. My neighbor and her mother are also delighted.
