I already had problems with the pre-wash cleaner before. I then blamed my spray, thinking it was defective. But as it turned out, it wasn't the spray.

The formulation of the pre-wash cleaner was launched on the market in spring 2016 with an improved formula. The revised product now contains enzymes that are better at removing even stubborn stains and soiling. The enzymes made a higher viscosity necessary. We therefore had the current pre-wash cleaner extensively tested and critically evaluated in consumer tests before its market launch - and the spray performed well. We will keep your feedback on file and monitor further customer reactions. Kind regards, Milena
