This summer in Bern I had a hot dog at the Gourmessa sausage stand in front of the Marktgass branch with, if I remember correctly, a Toscana sausage. Super good sausage. I wanted to buy it in the store, but it doesn't seem to be available there. Couldn't you add it to the range? You already sell it fried anyway.

Unfortunately, I can't easily follow up on your sausage request.
I was told that the respective assortment at the Gourmessa stands is organized independently of the store.
The Migros specialist is not familiar with this Toscana sausage.
Perhaps it is supplied by a local butcher and is only available regionally.
I would be happy to check whether I can find out any more information for you.
Otherwise, at least you know where you can go to eat it ;-)

Unfortunately I can't pass on any positive news to you, I was told that Toscana Bratwurst is not sold in our supermarkets and there are no plans to introduce it at the moment.
I'm sorry we can't make you happy.

Why don't you try the products from Bratwurst Manufaktur? You can order 65 different sausages in the store. One of them is the Toskanagriller.

Just to add, the topic has been discussed here before and you can still buy the sausage at the corresponding take-away on Marktgasse in Bern in a pack of 10 for CHF 42.00...
