Great Thai curry

Tolles Thaicurry

I don't know whether product suggestions are welcome here. Since I am a Migros child, I would be happy if Migros is also a bit dynamic and interested in great products.

I am a total fan of Thai cuisine. I've often made red and green curries, almost always using the Migros "Thai Kitchen" curry paste. However, this is not exactly cheap, so I tried a red curry in a terapak at another retailer, which is just half the price of the "Thai Kitchen" curry paste.

The taste and spiciness of this Thai curry is one of the best I have ever eaten outside of Thailand. I have photographed the bag and would be delighted if the Migros product evaluation department would try this curry for themselves. The coconut milk is already included in this curry. I added about 800 grams of diced chicken breast. Then I added some lemongrass stalks and kaffir lime leaves and that's it. The curry comes from Thailand and is probably a lot cheaper to buy than "Thai Kitchen" from McCormick.
The palm oil it contains could certainly be replaced.

Thank you @g-werner for your product suggestion. Such suggestions are always welcome! I have now forwarded yours to the specialist department as a suggestion for future product ranges. You write that palm oil could certainly be replaced - but this is up to the manufacturer. As this is not a Migros product, we can put forward ideas and requests to the supplier, but we cannot enforce them. Kind regards, Sina
