I could do it, but it's more time-consuming than buying a frozen bag. Your argument can also be made for cauliflower or broccoli etc., but these are available both fresh and frozen. I know the frozen peppers from the German market and find them great for cooking. best regards

Hello, a few years ago Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG (which produces for Migros) certainly offered frozen chopped peppers in the factory store. I'd be a fan of a range of these in Migros too. :-)
