I like to cook a Thai curry at home. Migros also has various curry pastes, sauces etc. in its Thai Kitchen range, but what I'm missing is the vegetables... I would love to cook with "authentic" vegetables such as Thai auberines, pea auberines etc. from time to time. However, these are not available to buy, which I understand because the quantity would probably be too small. There is the Thai mix or the Thai curry in a set, but these are often not on the shelves in my Migros stores (even large ones). There are several Asian mixes in the frozen food section, but these are more suitable for stir-frying than for a curry. What about one (or more ;-)) frozen Thai mixes? Without Judas ears, mung sprouts etc. but more typically Thai and not as finely chopped as the Asian vegetables. I would definitely be thrilled!
