In Ticino, I stocked up on Formgin ticinés and Robiölina natür, a local M product with a best-before date of over 14 days. It would be nice if this wholesome fresh cheese were also available in the larger MMMs north of the Alps, at least during the summer months.

I haven't seen anything in a large MMM in eastern Switzerland yet, but the friendly and obliging person in the cheese department will let me know by phone when something is in the pipeline.
