Thank you for your patience. Apparently there have been no traceable changes to the product and so far (or until your message) no feedback that this problem has recently occurred. However, the feedback has been forwarded so that it can be checked if necessary. I hope that you only got a "Monday pack" and that everything will work as usual next time. :)

Thank you very much for your clarifications.
The pack I started will soon be used up - also because of the many defective bags... - and as long as we still have a few warm days ahead of us, I'll need more crushed ice. I'm looking forward to the next pack!

I have just seen that: My contact person wrote to tell me that she had tested a pack based on your feedback. A single pouch had torn - but she had actually pulled on it in a messy way. However, she didn't notice any difference to the bags she had used before. In this respect, I very much hope that you will not encounter this problem again in the future. Let's hope - also otherwise of course - that we can expect some more beautiful summer days! :)
