What actually happened to the cooking paper?
It obviously hasn't been around for a while. What is the best product to replace it with?

Thank you for your question. The cooking paper is indeed no longer available in our range. We suggest the TanganN°31 baking release paper (article number 7045.466) as an alternative. Best regards, Andrea
