Yesterday I wanted to treat myself to a Wurstweggen in the Take Away, but I was shocked to discover that it is only available with a 'Poulet' Wienerli. Why do they usually only have everything with 'chicken' in the take away range? I'm used to getting 'pork Wienerli' in Switzerland without any problems. I find them much crunchier than the others.

I assume it's about selling the sausage to as many people as possible. Including those who don't like or tolerate pork. The "health and slimming craze" is probably doing the rest.
I would recommend Zebu-Wienerli.
