I think it's great that you can now buy sushi at Glatt Take Away.
The rice is great and the fish is fresh.
It's just a shame that there's no hygiene protection for the individual sushi you can put together yourself.
That would be a real enrichment.

First of all, the people in charge are pleased that customers appreciate the new service and thank you for your feedback.
It goes without saying that the self-service display case has the spit protection required by the Foodstuffs Ordinance; this has also been approved by the food inspectorate, and thanks to optimum management, fresh sushi is constantly produced and placed in the display case at the prescribed temperature and time and sold promptly.
Oh, and now I'm in the mood for sushi for lunch... :)

I also think the take-away sushi is great.
In the meantime, I've discovered the take-away in the Seedammcenter Pfäffikon Sz and in the Glattzentrum. Is there a list somewhere of all the sushi takeaways?
Is there one in the Lucerne region?

The Migros Cooperative Lucerne will be offering sushi in the TA Schweizerhof branch in Lucerne from 19.09.2016.

Take Away Sushi hello we have been customers at Take Away Sushi in the Glattzentrum for three years. Have always appreciated the friendliness of all the staff. Tenzite is the best. Now today, June 3, 2024, we have learned that Take Away Sushi is no longer allowed to sell green algae since June 1, 2024, because Migros has complained. You can't do that, because the green seaweed that Migros sells is simply not edible and not always fresh. Annelies and Philipp
