Dear Migros team, do the sauces at the Migros take-away outlets in Zug Metalli and Zurich Stadelhofen contain fresh eggs or are they always pasteurized? Specifically with regard to the mayonnaise, curry sauce and tartar sauce. Is it safe to eat these during pregnancy? Thank you in advance!

Hi MangoFan, thank you very much for your question and for your patience. We consulted with the Migros Cooperative Lucerne and Zurich. The Metalli Zug takeaway does not use raw eggs for the sauces. The Take Away establishments in Zurich use egg yolk powder for their sauces - attached are photos with the ingredients of the respective sauces. You can inquire about the ingredients on site at any time. The staff can give you more information 😊. With regard to the ingredients, we recommend that you seek advice from your doctor.
