Switchel, the combination of apple cider vinegar, ginger, lemon and honey (or maple/agave syrup) is brilliant cold in summer and hot in winter. That would be something for Swiss cider producers!!!

It's very easy to make yourself. I make it every day, even in winter. I didn't know for a long time that it was called Switchel, because I figured it out for myself... :)
It's also very tasty if you mix it with various herbal teas (Roibush, for example). So just put everything in a glass, refrigerate for 12 hours, strain and mix with vinegar and maple syrup/honey.
