I miss sushi on the shelves, at gas stations and in restaurants. There are two restaurants I know of in the entire St. Gallen area that offer sushi, but they are very expensive...

I would love it if I could walk into my Migros instead of pizza, burgers and the like and get my healthy, cheap sushi ready to go.

I don't know what it looks like in other regions, but I think there's a lot of potential there.

Healthy, quick, tasty and hopefully cheap too...
