Not only are some clubs unable to register for this campaign because Migros has not opened up the association list to all sports (the Swiss Pool billiards association, for example, is not represented at all), not only does the Observer describe the whole thing very clearly at https://www.beobachter.ch/konsum/fur-dumm-verkauft/migros-sammelaktion-support-your-sport-viel-hilft-nicht-viel, no: the Migros helpline simply does not respond to inquiries or problems! As a sports club, we have demonstrably written to them 5 times and also called them via Migros customer service (the helpline is not even available by phone...) and yet we still receive nothing but standardized reply e-mails, but no support - not even a clear rejection, simply nothing. The Migros Helpline simply does not respond! Pink Floyd put it in a nutshell: "Is there anybody out there???..."
