Hello miele, thank you for your inquiry. The minimum specification for the M-Classic soup hen requires that it must be Swiss laying hens. Laying hens from various barns and standards are packaged - depending on availability. The minimum specification is always met or even exceeded. There are currently no plans to introduce a soup chicken with a minimum specification of Optigal or Bio. However, your information has been placed with those responsible. Best regards, Heidi
