The soup vegetable bowls contain far too much savoy cabbage for my taste. I would like to see a more balanced composition. And the two parsley leaves that were included in today's bowl are probably a joke.

The bowl was bought in Teufen. However, as the municipality currently does the shopping for us from the risk group, I have no influence on the choice of bowl. But I already had this problem when I was still living in St. Gallen. There always seems to be an emphasis on the Wirz, regardless of the store.
