Hello mnfalquet Thank you very much for your message. We fully understand your disappointment and irritation. We are also sorry that we were unable to offer our "Super Stars" marbles as planned to our customers, young and old, on Saturday. Since its launch, this initiative has been a huge success. We were somewhat surprised by the response, which resulted in a rush for the special marbles. To ensure that as many customers as possible receive at least one special marble, we have decided to limit distribution to one bag per purchase. This decision was taken at the last minute, as we simply wouldn't have had enough bags to satisfy all the requests. We deeply regret this decision. This situation should not have arisen, and we are doing our utmost to organize an equivalent alternative. We are currently investigating if, and when, we will be able to obtain further special beads. Unfortunately, given production and delivery times, this is unlikely to happen before the Christmas holidays. However, we're doing everything we can to help you forget your disappointment soon.
