The search function in the app just doesn't work. I can only enter 3 letters and then nothing works. Everything is blocked and I have to close the app. When I open the app again, it's the same game - 3 letters and then I'm done...........other than that, the phone works perfectly. Searching for articles is also tedious. If you enter hazelnut cream, for example, 7 pages of products come up. Most of them from the cosmetics sector......

Unfortunately, the Migros search function is terrible. If I enter hazelnut cream (in 2 words) - to take the example mentioned above - because the article often also says hazelnut cream, then Nivea cream should not be displayed. Alternatively, a search filter would be possible and you could use your own subdivisions: Fruits & vegetables, meat, dairy products, frozen products etc. and then only products from there would be displayed - Google shows how it's done. While we're on the subject of Google: Hard to believe - Migros products are found more accurately there! The same tragedy with the M-App scanner (top right): If you have already scanned once, the beep will appear - but not the product you are looking for. Then it would be more honest to always delete this list in general. Especially with branded articles - of which there are more and more at Migros - it is important that the products are recognized. Another tragedy are the messages "Product not recognized" for Migros products. I'll take "M-Plast" Sensitive Plaster 7 613269 021773 as an example.
The scanner in the M app reports "Product not recognized", but my QR and barcode scanner app recognizes the product and at codecheck.info even provides details and a picture... and it is precisely on the basis of this picture that I have to search and often ask the staff.... The staff at Migros are always very helpful - even in the most hectic times - if you are looking for an item and can't find it... I would like to say a big thank you for that !!!

And still: Today, 15.02.2022, Alnatura products are on promotion from today. If I tap on this promotion in the app, I can select "Show all". But unfortunately not all Alnatura products are displayed here either. Again, I can't rely on the app because it's incomplete. Yesterday in Aldi I wanted to compare a price and needed the Migros app to do so. Unfortunately, I still couldn't find the Migros product because everything was blocked after 3 letters. Migros is so untrustworthy and unreliable for us customers that we really can't understand why the computer scientists still can't get everything to work properly after many months...............

This has been the case for many months. Especially that the actions are incorrect and faulty. The problems with the search function since the new update..........
Is more up-to-date than ever, app blocks as soon as you try to enter an article - if you manage to do it by chance at some point, either nothing is found or completely different products appear - the app seems to be a permanent construction site!
