Hello, does anyone know of alternatives to tofu products? I have been having problems with soy products for a few months, especially with tofu. I would appreciate any recommendations or experiences with alternatives.

A friend of mine has also recently had to look into alternatives to soy products because she can no longer tolerate them. I can therefore give you some alternatives: one possible alternative would be seitan, for example. You can use it very well as a meat substitute for burgers, for example. It also provides plenty of protein! I can also recommend pulses, such as beans or peas. They really fill you up because they contain a little more carbohydrate. You can also use plant-based milk such as almond milk as a good alternative. I really like drinking it! I hope I've been able to help a little.
Hello Rina1108, We can of course recommend all products based on pea protein (e.g. V-Love Burger, V-Love minced meat, planted, etc.) as well as all products based on Quorn (mycoprotein), e.g. Cornatur Quorn Schnitzel, minced meat, etc. Pure seitan products based on wheat protein are also an option. Do you think the product "Kofu" is meant instead of KoRfu? Is that also available in the stores? Wow, that would be super exciting. There's also tofu made from peanuts instead of soy, it would be great if Migros continued to try out new things 😃

We are still clarifying whether it will be available in the stores - I'm sorry that I can't give you any more specific information here.
