We would also like the best quark back.
We were told last November in the Migros branch that the quark would be coming back in a new recipe, the only question is when?
My opinion too, I think it's a shame that the stracciatella curd is no longer to be found.

From next week you should be able to find the stracciatella quark in your Migros stores as usual. Unfortunately, we had short-term delivery problems. However, these should be resolved by next week.

I saw today in the Migros Gäggeli that there are 2 new varieties, Stracciatella and Raspberry.
This is no longer "pure" quark, according to the label it has been refined with yoghurt, unit price 1.35
