@FredericaIwonder: if the normal stracciatella curd doesn't seem to work, why is there a newDOPPELTso expensive?!!!!
Hello Dogmai
The new quark line is a completely new product, which is not comparable to the old one. We have a new recipe and a different supplier. It has a higher fruit content and the quark has been refined with yoghurt, making it creamier than before. Try it out and see for yourself.

In my opinion, this has nothing to do with delivery problems.
As the quark with yoghurt is new to the range and has been on offer for 14 days with 20x cumulus since Tuesday, the fine "Quärkli" were quickly sold out. The first payday, which ends the January slump, certainly contributed to the fact that the shelves were heavily stocked.
I bought the three varieties last Thursday at around 10:00 a.m. and there were still plenty of the cups left! Not at the Gäuggeli in Khuur, of course, but at the Center Brügg!?

"Delivery problems" was the answer I got to my question from the person at the Molki,
I haven't tried it yet, greetings from Khur
Unfortunately, Migros does it like all food multinationals. Allegedly new packaging, different ingredients etc. .... but twice as expensive. Before it was a package with 180g now only 150g. Yoghurt is not so much more expensive that it would be justified for this price increase
