We were able to listen to the first story after a few teething problems, but unfortunately not the second (Fabiela). Scanning works fine, but when you click on play nothing happens (no sound). Iphone 7 latest IOS.

Found the error - problems with the Internet connection. Unfortunately, no error message is displayed, it just doesn't happen. So: if anyone has a similar phenomenon, check the Internet connection.
Hi Breimman, that's right :-) To play the radio play, the smartphone/tablet must be connected to the internet. If the smartphone/tablet is not connected to the internet, you can read the story in text form after scanning the character. Best regards Fabienne
I'll be in touch again. My box is now working and my son is totally happy with it. But what bothers me a bit is that you can only play the stories on the app with Internet reception. Shouldn't it actually be possible without? This would be an advantage, especially abroad or on vacation. So on longer car journeys abroad we have to fall back on the good old mp3 player... without the stories.
Hi Pandemonium, you need to be connected to the Internet to play the radio play. If you are not connected to the Internet, you can read the story in text form after scanning the character. Best regards Fabienne

I downloaded the app on my Ipad today... incl. internet connection.
somehow it doesn't work with the scanning....
Could it be that a figurine can only be scanned once? Seems rather unlikely to me, but yes....
My mother-in-law has already scanned them. It worked perfectly there

No, the figures can be scanned several times. It is difficult to find out exactly where the scanning problem lies. May I ask you to call our helpline on 0848 44 11 00. This will enable us to take a better look at the problem.
