Some time ago my son had recorded a story of his own through the M-Play app for the character Lulu. After receiving the 6-digit code we were able to download the story so we could listen to it with the Storybox. Everything was working perfectly until last week when I updated the Storybox to include the new Disney stories something went wrong and everything was erased. I therefore had to re-install all the stories. Unfortunately, however, Lulu's Story I could not retrieve itbecause I need the 6-digit code which unfortunately I no longer have. I am only given the option to register a new story. I have already contacted the Helpline0848 44 11 00 but they replied that nothing more can be done, I should register a story again. Now, I wonder if with the technology behind this program it is really impossible to trace back the code you had sent me at the time. There must be some system to retrieve the code....
