Unfortunately nothing works for me... :( I bought the StoryBox today and downloaded and unpacked the program as described in the instructions. There was no .app and when I opened it, the download button appeared in the background, but I never got around to pressing it, because every time a popup came up telling me that I had to update first. I did, then "complete" and a button with "relaunch" appeared. Each time it now closes the program completely and I can't load anything. :( What am I doing wrong?

Mac app downloaded, installed and started. The message appears that an update must be carried out.
Update performed -> relaunch -> StoryBox app no longer starts!

Hello everyone
The audio plays can be loaded manually onto the audio box. This is how it works:
=> Call the hotline CH-0848 44 11 00 and ask for the password to download the audio plays. Then go to storybox.migros.ch/en/download/stories and download the audio plays. The .zip file can then be unzipped and the individual files copied manually to the audio box (data carrier "Migros-Box").
