I've tried a few times to load the new Disney stories onto the Storybox. Without success! There is always just a soft click on the box but the story does not play. The other characters all work but we can only hear the new ones on the mobile. What a pity. I've already tried deleting the whole file and reinstalling it, but loading it via Explorer didn't work. Our box just won't play the radio plays. What can I do

Thank you for your question. The box should be displayed on your computer as an external drive "MIGROS-BOX". If you open it, you should find files with the names M01.smp-M30.smp. Can you please check if all files are there?

I'm the same, I don't know if it worked for you, but I can't download anything either. I see M01-M20 in the "MIGROS BOX" -> these are probably the pixies and superheroes that are on it, but I can't download the new Disney ones. I have uninstalled the program several times and tried again, it shows me nothing. The helpline on the phone couldn't help me (unfortunately very incompetent and unfriendly). Is there a trick how I can get to the files now? (It already didn't work for Wichtel and Superheroes and we managed to do it then too, via a detour).

if you have the stories M01-M30 loaded on your computer, you can transfer them manually to the storybox.
