...are there any other Migipedia members who would prefer other types of set yoghurt? I am aware that set yoghurts are more complex to produce, but I only very rarely like other yoghurts in a "creamy" form (e.g. Marroni).
Otherwise, for me a yoghurt is only a yoghurt if I can cut it off piece by piece. I also find that the lactic acid is more perceptible in the taste of firm yoghurts. How about a strawberry or other berry yoghurt in a firm version? Or orange and grapefruit? I wouldn't say no to mango and passion fruit either. AND I don't need pieces of fruit in it either.
