I would like to know how requests to the after-sales service are dealt with. More specifically, is it normal to receive no reply to the letters you send? If not, is there a complaints department responsible for resolving what ends up becoming a dispute? Yours sincerely

A delivery problem. Ordered a month ago, delivery was announced for the 9th, I only received the Windows 365 gift and not the laptop. I noticed that it was no longer available. Since the Wednesday before Ascension Day it has been available on the shop. I still haven't received it. I've sent 6 emails and made four phone calls with only one request to contact me. I haven't received a reply. I therefore asked for the order to be cancelled and the miracle yesterday first thing in the morning I was told that it wasn't possible, that I had to wait for delivery and then return the PC. Delivery is what I'm waiting for.... As I paid when I ordered, I can't buy one while waiting for delivery. So I'm being held hostage. In any case, thank you for replying.
