Of course that shouldn't happen. I'm very sorry that you had a small stone in your risotto. Did you take a photo of it or perhaps even keep the stone?
This helps our suppliers to find out exactly where the mistake happened.
It would also be great if you could tell me the best-before date and the LOT number that was stated on the packaging.
