After a month, I have still not received confirmation of my returns for two orders from SportXX. I paid for one order in advance by credit card and the other on account. I received a payment reminder from Byjuno for my order for the 902537271 order. No refund has yet been made to my credit card for another order for the 902538305 order. This involves an amount of CHF 597.90. Both returns were delivered on 27 April 2020 according to the postal tracking system. After unsuccessful attempts to get in touch via the contact form and emails, I called Migros customer service four times, always without success. Twice, no one answered the phone after 30 minutes on hold. Once, when I finally got through to someone, I was promised that I would receive a call back. The last time, the employee didn't want to know anything about a return and told me to write another email to customer service. I haven't even received a reply to the emails or the contact form. It's absolutely cheeky what's going on here. I feel helpless and cannot understand how this company has still not adapted to the circumstances.
