I just bought the Spitzbuben dough at Migros yesterday and made giant mushroom Spitzbuben today.
In my opinion, the recipe has been changed. The biscuits are super crumbly and no longer have a delicate taste. You can barely touch them and they crumble. Too bad for all the work with 6 blocks of dough. :(

The product managers have not yet received any similar feedback, but they would still like to look into the problem with the dough in more detail.
Do you have the expiration date and the LOT number on the packaging of the dough for us?
