The online catalog does not include all the products found in the physical supermarket (e.g., Biscotti Arte Bianca), nor all the local stocks. Could the selection in the online catalog be expanded to include products and stocks found in local supermarkets?
Good morning, thank you for your request. You have my full understanding: you want to order something, but the desired product is not available. However, after all, the assortment is the same. Moreover, the Migros Online assortment has become much more attractive than LeShop.ch, includes even more beloved Migros products, and is being expanded continuously. The Migros Online assortment currently has more than 12,500 products. However, it may happen in individual cases that you cannot purchase a particular product online. Among other things, we have greatly increased capacity: we can now handle twice as many orders. We have therefore put additional storage areas into operation as well as planned, developed and opened a completely new third distribution center in Pratteln last November.
