Yes of course I understand it was just a suggestion. Perhaps an additional argument could be the fact that farinata, as opposed to pizza and focaccia, does not contain gluten (only chickpea flour),so it is also suitable for celiacs.Anyway, thank you for your kind cooperation and I wish youBon WeekendAssunta
